This 45 minute chair yoga class is designed to help you become stronger and more flexible. Students can experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up or down from the floor. Students practice seated and standing yoga poses using a chair for support. Benefits include increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction. You’ll move through the poses at a comfortable pace guided by your breath. This class is appropriate for students of all levels, including those who are brand new to yoga, students who are recovering from injuries, as well as continuing yoga students seeking a more supportive practice.
